As an independent service provider, we specialize in the sale and management of real estate. Our competent team of consultants will support you with everything from advice on buying or building new properties, to the management of apartment buildings and condominiums, right through to the sale.

Condominiums
We take on management mandates for condominium owners' associations and co-owners' associations in accordance with the SVIT Switzerland specifications or to the extent requested by the client:

  • Leading owners' meetings
  • Accounting and cost allocation
  • Creditor payments
  • Control of payments into owner accounts
  • Management (organization, maintenance and order)

Co-property management
We are also happy to manage special cases for you to the same extent, such as

  • Management of private roads, private paths and corridor paths
  • Management of technical systems

Rental properties
You are also welcome to entrust us with the full management of your rental property. You determine the scope of the management yourself, but the following is normally included:

  • Property management
  • Property accounting
  • Payments and rent collection
  • Carrying out rent adjustments
  • Issuing rental agreements
  • Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements
  • Representation before the arbitration board
  • Assistance with major renovations, associated rent increases and temporary rent adjustments

Construction projects
We support you with your construction projects in matters of financing, land register contracts, organization and the calculation of initial rents. Through our sister company SLA Immobilien AG, we are able to realize construction projects for you. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have and support your construction project.
