2014

  • Foundation of FlexTax AG based in Zurich by Roger Hängärtner

2015

  • Move to the office premises at Rüdigerstrasse 17 in Zurich

2016

  • Expansion of the team with a clerk
  • Foundation of Waldstätter Treuhand AG with registered office in Brunnen
  • Foundation of Flex Immobilien AG with registered office in Zurich

2017

  • Takeover of Morf Treuhand AG, based in Uster, with two employees
  • Opening of the branch office at Poststrasse 1 in Uster
  • Expansion of the team with two clerks
  • First apprenticeship from summer 2017

2018

  • Merger of Waldstätter Treuhand AG, new branch office at Steistegstrasse 3 in Schwyz
  • Second apprenticeship position from summer 2018
  • Morf Treuhand AG is now only active as an auditor, the previous clients are looked after by FlexTax AG

2019

  • Move to the new office premises at Zürichstrasse 6 in Uster
  • Expansion of the team with a clerk
  • Opening of the branch office at Lindenstrasse 25 in Kloten
  • Sale of the branch office in Schwyz

2020

  • First apprentice Alena Pfister completes her apprenticeship and stays with us as a fiduciary clerk
  • Start of Soraia Bernardino's apprenticeship

2021

  • Start of Sara's apprenticeship

2022

  • Completion of SVIT Certificate Real Estate Management by Alena Pfister
  • Completion of certificate courses in auditing by Mona Allabauer and Roger Hängärtner

2023

  • Move to the new office premises at Bahnhofstrasse 71 in Zurich

  • Soraia Bernardino completes her apprenticeship and remains with us as a fiduciary clerk

  • Start of Katharina Kesten's apprenticeship
